I like this reel a lot. It’s well made and is a back-saver. However, I had a hard time connecting my hose initially because of a sloppy soldering job on the male thread adapter. I cleaned it up and was able to move on. The only issue I have with the design is that there’s no way to lock the reel to prevent it from unwinding when the hose is retracted. You end up having to balance the nozzle on top to keep it fully retracted. Still, I think the overall quality and functionality of this reel are well worth it and I plan to buy a second one.

Great product, good quality. However, it is too short to set in concrete below the frost line.

Great product better than expected. I did not realize that you had to put it in a cement setting that was the only draw back, but I guess it only makes sense for it to be so sturdy. I only hope it hold up to New England weather. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT….shipping was extremely fast.
