I had an earlier version of this product which lasted 5 years. This new model is not as robust as it was before. Also, only has 100 feet of hose against the oldest model that celebrates 150 feet. In addition, the previous version had wheels that did move with ease. This unit must be collected or dragged from one place to another. I would say that the new model is the result of the reduction of costs by the manufacturer.

After owning one of these wonders little for nearly two years, I bought two more, one for each ear to air free in my house. It used to be quite vague envelope leaving hose lying in the courtyard but rewinding is so easy with one of them that I am not tempted to leave the hose for the following use already. Several other reviewers have complained then extract the hose with has been caught and there is an ability to use this: 1. We have used a PW100 for 2 years and it has worked perfectly. I suspect that the reviewers who are experiencing problems to remove the hose are not following the instructions when the shrink tubing. The hose must be aligned with the mechanism of wind level when it is installed on the spool. The hose should be stretched in front of the unit while retract. The weight of the hose will provide enough voltage for which the hose gets queued uniformly in the spool. If the hose is deformed and loose when it is removed not be spool uniformly and laughter make it difficult to extract the hose to the next time.
