The legacy of L8603 works very well and is of good quality! All steel construction and compact in size. Fits great on the wall in my garage!

This is not flimsy it was one of my first concerns. It also has a rubber of good quality which was my second concern. The third concern was the operation of the ratchet mechanism. This blocks only when you give yanks from one to three – on average. The instructions are minimal and have to look hard for the way to increase the tension of the spring, but to only once. When finished hang up this thing gets it.
