This compact design hose reel is very lightweight and easy to lift and carry, taking limited space when used or stored. Complete with 50-feet 1/2-inch hose, it is ideal for watering small areas such as gardens, decks and patios. The 1/2-inch diameter, compared to the 5/8-inch hose, makes it very light to rewind and slightly reduces water flow for water conservation. Spray nozzle patterns are (clockwise) wide cone, narrow cone and straight; counter clockwise for off position. Complete with quick-click couplings for practical faucet attachment and female hose connector with water-stop feature that automatically shuts off water when hose is detached from the nozzle (to use with any other type of nozzle, male accessory adapter is needed, sold separately). Made of UV-stabilized polypropylene plastic and aluminum. Minimal assembly required; no tools needed. Handles water temperature up to 104°F and outdoor temperatures up to 122°F. Unit is 100% quality controlled during manufacturing process. 2-year warranty. Made in Italy. Should not be exposed at temperature below 37.4°F.

Claber Aquapony Compact 50 Foot Garden Hose Cart 8884 – Reviews

Being familiar with Claber products, I was very disappointed in this item. No directions in the box, but the box indicated all were available on the website. However, this item was not. All of the connections were VERY poor, spraying water everywhere. I ended up buying new connectors and washers and this has helped. The frame is so light weight that the hose does not re-wind properly and is really difficult to handle.
