I bought this in May 2010 and it is beautiful, lightweight and functional. I have had no issues with this hose reel and it is well worth the purchase price.

This very pretty hose winder is just perfect for the discriminating gardner. It functions flawlessly. The swivel feature allows one to re-wind the hose laid out in any one of the 180 degree directions. I could not be happier with this purchase. Yes, it cost more than some others, but well worth the price.

I like that it’s all metal, except the clamp that attaches the hose to the unit which broke immediately. I fixed it with a piece of wire but this one piece should have been made with metal too. I like the way it swivels in any direction I need it to and the ease of use.
